The Dirt on OMS

Organic Matters Soil was
started out of necessity

There was no quality organic soil on the market. Nate Gosney, founder of Organic Matters Soil, needed better soil for his own garden so he started researching the best materials for his mix. As he went, he tweaked the recipe little by little, getting better and better results as he went along. Eventually, friends wanted the same amazing results Nate was getting in his garden. They asked if he could make batches for them and the word started to spread. Friends of friends were soon using the soil with excellent results. What started with such humble beginnings in a driveway in Lorane, Oregon is now an 80,000 sq ft facility, manufacturing hundreds of cubic yards of organic super soil every month.
